Usually aimed to leaders and key managers of the programs of operational excellence, continuous improvement and quality, leaders of areas of business processes (managers, bosses) and also 100% of the leaders of Lean Six Sigma projects to direct multiple Lean Six Sigma projects. It provides, in addition to Green Belt knowledge, all Lean Six Sigma tools and methods and techniques of experimentation, advanced statistics, and frameworks and transformation. Preferably, with experience in key participation or leadership as Green Belt of some Lean Six Sigma projects. It requires advanced mastery of spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Excel), mastery of computer equipment and operating systems (e.g. Macintosh, Windows), script management and basic programming, arithmetic skills are essential (that is, being able to make additions, subtractions, multiplications, divisions and work with fractions and decimals); and also the understanding of algebra.
