Usually aimed at 100% of an organization's employees, in order to make known the generalities of LSS and support in laying the foundations of the Operational Excellence program. On a personal level, these 4 hours of training will give you an introduction to Lean Six Sigma, its most basic tools and general knowledge of the DMAIC methodology. It does not require any knowledge or experience in arithmetic, spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Excel), statistics, processes, or project management.
