Usually aimed at those responsible and key participants in the business processes (bosses, supervisors, coordinators, operators, etc.) and also at 100% of the members of the Lean Six Sigma project teams to support the development of project activities. In addition to White Belt knowledge, it provides basic quality, diagnostic, graphics, statistics, and process tools. Requires basic command of spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Excel), command of computer hardware and operating systems (e.g. Macintosh, Windows) and basic arithmetic skills are essential (i.e. being able to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and work with fractions and decimals).
